Question Can I pick up my love doll in person ?

Yes, you can pick up your doll in person at our warehouse, or at forwarder´s pick-up center. 

Question How are your love dolls being shipped ?
Answer

Our dolls are being shipped in discreet, plain brown box with no branding. The courier or handler does not know what is in the box and the contents will be stated on customs declaration as "Mannequin".  All accesories ordered together with your doll are placed inside the box, together with the doll. If you order flight case together with your doll, the doll is placed inside of flight case, which is placed inside plain cardboard box.

Question What is the lead-time on customized love dolls ?
Answer

We try our best to ship our products to you as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new companion as soon as possible, but be aware that your love doll is considered bespoke and made solely for you and you only and is handcrafted by specialists. Despite of this, it takes it´s time to be manufactured, in most cases it takes from 5 up to 21 days in worst cases. Most of the time, it will take no more than 14 days. The shipping process does take on average 3-5 days USA or 10-14 days for UK & Europe. All in all, you should have your doll at your home in 14-30 days.

Question What is the lead-time on in-stock love dolls ?
Answer

In case you decide to pick up in-stock love doll, you do not have to care about the manufacturing process.  Also, doll is not shipped from China anymore, so it will take from 3 to 7 days from order to delivery.

Question Can I change delivery adress after order has been made ?
Answer

If you are not able to accept delivery on the day we give you, you can change delivery to another day, without any extra costs. You will recieve tracking number, once your love doll is being shipped. You can track your order in your MyDollsLove account, under the "Order Tracking" tab, or by following instructions that you will recieve by an email, once your love doll is being shipped.

Question My order is still not delivered.
Answer

We do requiere to always put your real phone number when you placing your order, as the courier will contact you before delivery and also in case of issues. If your love doll has not been delivered in time, please, check a tracking information again, as there could be an update from you carrier. If there is not update, please, try to contact your carrier directly or you can always ask our support for help and we will do our best to help you find out, what has happened to your package.
